Assisted Housing- THESIS

Starting my thesis project for architecture i came across a concept that is not developed for economical or social reasons...

This is social housing for the elderly... not considering elderly in the traditional way but as the population in a certain range of ages that are still active and can work or have their own small businesses.

Having said this an important factor is that the houses or apartments will need a high level of privacy but keeping in mind that the need for amenities as well as assistance would be mandatory in certain cases.

This is the first draft, it speaks about two layers of the project that is being developed in section.

The lower level will be for parking, open areas, certain amenities, public access and shops or business in general. While the upper level(s) will have the assisted housing, residential spaces and such.
